The project
The starting point
In Weiningen ZH, a property owner decided to renovate a flat comprehensively to make it more attractive to future tenants. The focus was on modernising the bathroom to make it both functional and stylish. The aim was to make the flat more attractive on the rental market through these improvements and a fresh, modern design.
