What moves your renovation costs up or down
That is why the calculator gives a ballpark figure. We clarify these points during the site visit.
Old pipes, missing insulation or pollutants such as asbestos in buildings from before 1990.
Load-bearing walls, new pipe routing or a new layout.
If a building application is needed, plans, fees and time are added.
Materials and appliances make up a large part of bathroom and kitchen costs.
Keeping carcasses, pipes or the layout saves a lot.
We obtain several quotes from vetted tradespeople so that you can compare.
