About the project
As part of the renovation, the bathroom and kitchen were completely renewed, all floor coverings replaced and the room layout reorganised. Modern underfloor heating and new windows now provide high living comfort, better energy efficiency and more daylight. Planning, building permit application, coordination and execution came from a single source.
Modernised in a structured way: a holistic renovation in the Limmat Valley gives the house new living quality.
